Target Center Renovation Update

Empirehouse is proud be the Architectural Glass and Metal Contractor on the Target Center renovation project and work with Mortenson Construction and Alliance Architects.

Installing folding glass wallApproximately forty percent of the specialty glass and glazing has been completed on the Target Center renovation which includes twelve heavy-tempered folding and sliding wall systems with swinging doors; twenty five all-glass entrances at the suite level; approximately 500 lineal feet of all-glass drink railing; approximately 600 square feet of interior glass partition; approximately 4,500 total lineal feet of aluminum cover replacement on an existing exterior curtainwall system; and a curtainwall replacement along Sixth Street.

As the interior glass and glazing has been moving along since Spring 2016, the premiere atrium curtainwall on the corner of First Avenue and Sixth Street downtown Minneapolis begins this month.

Twenty five all-glass entrances at the suite level.

Drink railing

Approximately 500 lineal feet of all-glass drink railing.

 

Folding glass walls

A total of twelve heavy-tempered folding and sliding wall systems with swinging doors.

 

Glass partitian

Approximately 600 square feet of interior glass partition.
