Target Center Renovation Update

Empirehouse is proud be the Architectural Glass and Metal Contractor for the Target Center renovation project and work with Mortenson Construction and Alliance Architects to transform the closed-off concrete structure into a modern and inviting light-filled space.

Target Center renovation

Approximately fifty percent of the specialty glass and glazing have been completed on the Target Center renovation project which includes twelve heavy-tempered folding and sliding wall systems with swinging doors; twenty five all-glass entrances at the suite level; approximately 500 lineal feet of all-glass drink railing; approximately 600 square feet of interior glass partition; approximately 4,500 total lineal feet of aluminum cover replacement on an existing exterior curtainwall system; a curtainwall replacement along Sixth Street, and the premiere three-story light-filled glass atrium curtainwall on the corner of First Avenue and Sixth Street downtown Minneapolis.

Executive suite glass doors

Drink railing

Approximately 500 lineal feet of all-glass drink railing.
