• Assign a team member to be responsible for the oversight and quality control for each level of the project, from bidding through fabrication and installation.

• Determine the requirements for each project and take appropriate steps to meet and or exceed the level of performance and compliance as specified. 

• Establish the methods or activities required to test and check the performance of our products during fabrication and installation.

• Assign all testing and field checks on a regular basis, with proper recording, tracking, and distribution of all information.

Empirehouse will also be clear when explaining and sharing their expectation and requirement for quality control with their vendors and suppliers and how they must meet the job requirements and their participation with our contracts. All parties must verify that their manufactured materials or services comply with the requirements of the contract. Also, our vendors and suppliers must be responsible for compliance with the specifications and concisely document this information.
