James Bringle - General Manager - As an essential part of the Empirehouse team, James Bringle boasts more than 25 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry. Since starting with Empirehouse in 1984, James has gained the knowledge needed to lead his team as General Manager. This knowledge allows James to make sure that safety, quality, budget, and timelines are insured from project beginning to end. In his free time James loves to travel the world, go fishing, and spend time at the cabin with his wife Emily and their 3 children. |

Mike Gilbert - Senior Project Manager - Mike has been an Empirehouse team member since 1999, with experience in estimating, plant and project management. As the Senior Project Manager, Mike leads this department with a 'full steam ahead' approach. His focus is to be an integral part of the construction team, working side by side with the contractor, architect, engineers and other trades. Mike guides the team of project managers and assistants to make the job come in on time, on budget, and meet the owner's expectations for the project. Outside of the office, he loves sport boating, water skiing, and spending time with his wife and children. |

Patrick Lawrence - Senior Estimator - Patrick started at Empirehouse in 1996 at an entry level drafting position. After a short time drafting, he was moved into sales as an estimator. He is currently the Senior Estimator for Empirehouse in charge of contract sales. When Pat finds free time, he spends it visiting the Science Museum of MN with his family, working at the cabin, or continuing the remodeling projects at home. Also, he has great interest in Egyptian mythology and sports history and dives into any material he finds on these subjects. |

Dave Johnson - Glazing Department Manager - Dave started with Empirehouse in 1987 as Glazing Apprentice, The knowledge and experience he has gained by working in the field with fellow Glaziers and General Contractors now has him overseeing the glazing department. He also acts as our Safety Coordinator and Quality Control Inspector. When not at work, Dave enjoys spending time at the lake cabin with family and friends. |

Bob Faue - Plant Manager - Bob's duties include working with project managers, field supervisor and plant personnel to ensure the timely delivery of products to the jobsite and with the highest quality possible. When Bob has time to relax and enjoy a slower paced day or two, you might find him fishing, woodworking, watching a good movie or spending a little time at the lake. |

Mary Faue - Office Coordinator - Mary joined the Empirehouse Team in 1983 as receptionist. Since then she has been involved with purchasing, customer service and is now currently in the Accounting and Administration Departments. She is considered the "go to" person for internal office information. When Mary isn't keeping everything in order at Empirehouse, she enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband and two children and taking vacations. |

Kristine Hutera - Human Resources - Kristine is the person you would come to if you had any personnel issues. She has been with Empirehouse in our Human Resource Department since 2005; her experience of helping people with everyday issues might have come from her degree in Communications and Minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota -Twin Cities. Kristine enjoys spending time with her family and friends, boating and traveling. |

John "Grif" Griffith - CEO - Grif is a CEO with his shirt sleeves rolled up - teaching by example. His experience in the glazing industry goes back to apprenticing as a glazier when he was 16, followed by college, and a 4 year training period with PPG Industries in Milwaukee. Now, as the CEO and second generation family business leader, he is busy sharing his knowledge with our third generation of family members and other "adopted" team members as we continue to grow. When having the opportunity to have a few minutes of personal time, Grif enjoys reading mystery novels and catching up on past issues of car and sports magazines. |

Nancy L. Griffith - CFO/Controller - Nancy is the behind the scenes person responsible for the finances and the interworkings of Empirehouse. Since she started with Empirehouse in 1972, her steady hand has helped guide the company through many economic twists and turns. Nancy enjoys her family, and specifically her five grandchildren whom all live within 45 minutes of her home! When she has quiet time, Nancy is a passionate reader and has been known to stay up all night long just to find out what happens at the end of the book. |

Alana Sunness Griffith - Vice President/Marketing - Alana is the face you will most likely see at the architect's offices and on the trade show floor. Starting with Empirehouse in 1974, her experience with the design team and helping educate the architectural community helps transition drawings and designs into real product. Alana's free time is usually used working for her favorite professional organizations and charitable or community opportunities. She loves to cook, enjoys the beaches in Florida, is addicted to traveling, and loves spending time with her family. |
