Next Generation Leads Empirehouse into a Bright FuturePosted on January 6, 2016, by Jennifer Klitzke
The New Year is off to a strong start. 2016 began with changes within our Corporate leadership. Pictured (top left to right) Mike Gilbert has taken over as President, Kristine Hutera as Vice-President, (bottom left to right) James Bringle as Corporate Secretary and Pat Dold as Treasurer. The leadership team is working on many areas of the business to provide everyone with clear direction as we head into the future.
One such area is the North American Contractor Certification Program (NACC) for Architectural Glass and Metal Contractors Certification. This is a new Quality Management System (QMS) program that is growing quickly on the East and West coasts. Upon completing this Program, Empirehouse will be the first Glazing Contractor in the Midwest to be certified.
NACC Certification will help us improve quality by documenting the work we do, developing written procedures, and checking finished products for all areas of our business. The certification plan and procedures will demonstrate to the Construction Community, Owners, Contractors, and Architects that Empirehouse meets all of the certification criteria to produce the highest quality projects.
With our new leadership, a strong start to 2016, and NACC Certification, we are optimistic that we will continue this strength into a bright future.
