The Broadway Plaza is a 26-story, 330-foot corporate housing facility is located in downtown Rochester, and it has become one of the newest landmarks in the Mayo Clinic city. This building was designed to provide short-term furnished apartment living for new arrivals into the city.
Empirehouse provided 35,400 square feet of glass which includes all the curtainwall, storefront, windows, sliding doors, glass canopies, and decorative specialty glass for this unique and upscale high rise structure. The colorful two-tone paint finish and the specially coated aqua tint glass make this building standout as a beautiful piece of architecture in the downtown area.
Empirehouse also provided all the aluminum framing and glazing for the skyway system that connected Broadway Plaza to the adjacent commercial businesses.
