University of Minnesota John T. Tate Hall welcomed students to the 2017-2018 school year after its first major renovation since the facility was built in 1926.
Empirehouse, Inc. was awarded the architectural glass and metal contract by JE Dunn Construction for this recently completed two-year renovation project.
Glass and Metal Scope:
- Storefront and entrances
- Heavy-tempered wall system
- Borrowed lites
